Items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

Kindly contact us 14 days from the date you received it

You have 30 calendar days to return an item with adding tracking number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packing.

Your item need to have the have proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for return shipping cost, damage, and any loss in value.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on status of your refund after inspecting item. We will initiate a refund you money via Paypal as soon as your returned item is approved.

Privacy policy

The Private Policy that we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from our shop, contact us, or otherwise use our website, courier or its related sites and services. We don’t sell your personal information to third party.

Shipping Policies:

  •  Express shipping needs to pay an additional cost $35 ( take 3-5 business days ).
  •  Customs and any fee if occurred at the destination country will be responsible by customers.
  •  Full refund or resend to replace the lost, damaged, wrong size are occurred due to delivery. Please provide evidence with sending the photo of items.
  •  Your order will be shipped to your given address.
  •  The lost ordered item will be submitted to claim after 6 weeks from the shipped date.
